Clear guidelines for course refunds and cancellations. We strive to be fair and flexible while maintaining the quality and availability of our training programs.

At AGC FirstAid, we understand that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and flexible while maintaining the quality and availability of our training programs. We encourage all participants to review this policy before making a booking.

Important Notes:

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing
  • Processing time for refunds is 5-10 business days
  • Course credits are valid for 12 months from issue date

Course Cancellation by Student

7+ days before course start

100% refund minus $25 administrative fee

Full refund available as credit for future courses

Full Refund Available

3-6 days before course start

75% refund or 100% credit

Credit can be used within 12 months

Partial Refund

48 hours before course start

50% refund or 75% credit

Subject to availability for rebooking

Less than 48 hours/No-show

Resolution: 100% refund or free rebooking

Facility issues

Resolution: 100% refund or free rebooking
Notice: Alternative location may be offered

Weather conditions

Resolution: 100% refund or free rebooking
Notice: Decision made for participant safety

Special Circumstances

Medical Emergency

Policy: Full refund with valid documentation
Requirements: Doctor's note or medical certificate required

Family Emergency

Policy: Case-by-case evaluation
Requirements: Supporting documentation may be required

Work Schedule Change

Policy: Credit for future course
Requirements: Employer letter may be required

Military Deployment

Policy: Full refund
Requirements: Military orders required
